Do not get me wrong I am a long in INCC since the 000's and INCC is primed for a run into the .002's again imo. However, in order to do so a few things need to happen.

1st, being a catalysis (upcoming PR),
2nd is more volume. When looking back at when the stock ran it was due to the large volume being traded. Compare the volume to days when it ran. The past 16 days there has been little volume in comparison

Overall, I am excited for the future for INCC. Lets get some volume and slap the ask back to pennyland! A few more days with 100M and this will be back to the .002's in a hurry. So spread the word, tell your friends....
