Z, one way to tell if a buyout is looming is if the interested party is buying up to 5% of o/s at current low prices. Then its followed by an offer. Is any major company buying ntek shares? If there were some huge deals announced that could make ntek a fortune then maybe another company may be interested in buyout. Currently at .02 a share with the company struggling to make current expenses without dilutions and no announcements I wonder who is currently out there lining up to bid?
