Unfortunately, at this point in time, yes. And the company can stop that by releasing audited financials that would PROMISE its investors that there is value to be had.

I am cheering just as much as any of you, I bought at .12, .07, .04 and now .02 so there is no reason for me to want this to do bad. But I have refrained from buying more due to fear of my stake being diluted and watered down AGAIN. Audited financials would solve that problem, and hopefully they hold their word. When they do, I will buy like many others will. Even if that means chasing, I will happily chase after audited financials because then we know exactly what type of bargain this is.
