I had promised not to post on this board until the 10k filing. The reason was for the exact content of your post except the 10k was actually started last April, 8 1/2 months ago. I fully anticipated some delays since I had been involved in audits from yesteryear. I believe the 10k is/has been completed and Tom is slowly working up to the release, kind of like SHOCK & AWE.
I am surprised that he released the UNAUDITED 2011 before the 2010 because there is a nasty story to be told. I think he would be bestter served by getting R done. I still stand by my earlier post contained below and WILL NOT post here again until 10k.
Good luck, my friend. You've been a rock.
Been doing a little positive thinking in light of all the negativity. We must not forget that the Cumulus is not limited to MMJ legal states, rather worldwide!!
But, I believe there is a lot more brewing on the MCM side. Look at CT. They are locked in to NORML for direction and it appears the Colorado NORML folks are steering the ship.
Oh, I forgot. Didn't Cheryl Shuman (a NORML founder) just return from Colorado where she was engaged in meeting after meeting with the NORML folks and other leaders? Aren't we waiting with baited breath to know the outcome of those meetings?
And, check out HEMP. With their new spin-offs, there is a division of their business they don't really need that fits right into the MCM playbook.
Remember the summer of 2011 when RFMK was pounding away PR's for the Brickyard and bionic e-cigs. This company is light years away from the original model. Unfortunately, 700,000,000 shares were wasted on the old model and continue to haunt Tom during this rebuild. If we lop off the 700 mil from the O/S of 1.5 which includes over 200mil to Ironridge, Tom has done an outrageously commendable job getting to this point and I plan to stay LONG & STRONG.
