Yes they deferred that "Hush Money"
I do not see how possible you defer that same money into the next Fiscal year. the last 10K was for the period ending June 30, 2016. That deferred income was from Oct 2015.
Much has happened in the last 90 days.
To defer Income Fiscal Y/Y suggests "Sandbagging" or the contracts are in the bottom drawer of someone's desk. I hope that is not the case. I think we all are in much agreement to grow the business organically, sell contracts and sell "DOT's"
It is not unheard of as I have seen it happen in a "Fortune 5 Company" when managers exceeded their compensation package ....they started putting the contracts in their bottom drawer for next year..
