at some point in 2017 there will be a huge run...with this CEO and the history it needs a circumstancial trigger, though...I'm done working on it.
Will keep some dormant 3M shares...even flipping is too tedious
People should hold some and the exit the rest incrementally in the 3s and 4s with AON orders to not kill little spikes on low volume IMO
one last chance is if the CEO at least picks up some PRing at least like in the beginning of the year
on the other hand guys like this also some times RS without real need
