I stand by my view NTEK will happily sell to any potential suitor at the right price. Most business owners always say the company is not for sale, I have heard this statement so many times before and then shortly thereafter the CEO, insiders, PLUS shareholders with a large stake in the company walk away with mega millions. And as a topper those sales involve both public and private companies that have their financials in order, well funded, little debt, and do not even need to sell and that does not equate to our NTEK
Not sure why some here do not see this as a reality. After the sale, and when we see a return of up to 100X current value, many longs here holding a ton of shares will walk away with more money than they can ever spend in a lifetime. Apparently this is not good enough for some. Others apparently would hold out for a billion dollar sale, UNREALISTIC and risky at best.
So when David's phone rings and its Verizon on the other end, "Can you hear me now?" Hopefully David's answer is yes I hear you loud and clear, "LETS MAKE A DEAL"
