DENNY, Ntek wasn't for sale last year despite more than three offers. With the reverse split and outstanding shares nearly doubling since for those that bought in as high as .17 pre-split a buyout of $100-150 would be devastating. The break even on shares bought at .17 is now $4.27. Jeff Foley bought 10 million shares at .17 when he joined company. I bought 50K at .17 and a bunch more in the teens on down to where we are now. A dollar a share would make everyone who bought after R/S very very happy, However those that bought before reverse split would have losses more than 75% of what we originally invested for past 3 1/2 years. I vote no thank you. I am willing to wait this one out as I have no choice at this point.
