Regarding the 30,000,000 shares..
It isn't Lisa's; it's David's in Lisa's name.
David and Lisa have learned their lessons. from now on, Lisa will hold the families assets in her name. People who decide to F**k with David won't bankrupt the family; and Lisa will not be a signer to any documents.
Personally, after going from 82,000,000 shares to 140,000,000, I am happy to learn that 30,000,000 of them had nothing to do with raising a few dollars to pay for pencils in the office. The future will decide whether or not 30,000,000 shares invested in David is a good idea. It won't take much for us to be happy about stuff like this; and what would have been a more fair number - 15,000,000???? 10.00 per share and no one is counting anymore.
I would also like to learn how many of the remaining 28,000,000 shares were directed into employees hands, or used to pay for our system upgrades....
