The risk of financing considers many options, including the risk of defaulting. With CK on board I would think that is going to lower the risk exposure significantly for lenders that although the fed rate will rise, the cost to some will be less because of the reduced risk of default. I believe the new airline will fall into that category. Just my opinion of course, I have no crystal ball, but past experiences in running a successful cargo carrier should have some significance when it comes to the combination of the two.
