Beaz IMO NTEK wants DF there when the NEW CONTENT
loads to UF just to have that extra technical expertise on
board in case they run into any snags. With all the different
platforms UF is servicing now its getting more complicated.

Adding to the evidence we should be close to getting the
NEW CONTENT is the fact they only did 3M share raise
this week.

That low of a O/S raise implies they don't need any more
funding to get the NEW CONTENT or they would have
done an O/S raise of 10M or more if they still needed
funding.

Also the PARAMOUNTS begin to expire Dec 31, 2016
and I can't think NTEK is so incompetent to let
the PARAMOUNTS begin to expire in Jan 2017 without
being ready to replace them with NEW CONTENT.

So we'll see.....Down to crunch time NTEK time to
DELIVER !
