This is my exact same feelings about RFMK.  Maybe we got off on the wrong foot, but I, like everyone else here, AM an investor and frankly i'm pissed off about the company focus as of late.

What you posted is exactly what i'm feeling.

Also, the annual report that just came out is UNAUDITED.  I thought, and could be wrong, but to uplist and become fully SEC reporting is you need 3-5 years of AUDITED financials.  From what I have researched, a company cannot becom fully SEC reporting just on 1 year audited financials.???  Correct me if i'm wrong.

IMO, we are not going to see that 10K anytime soon, especially with their 2010, 2011 UNAUDITED that was just released.

Listen, I invested into this story which I felt to be good.  Maybe I missed the run with all the $1.00 posts... I'm negative because my holdings are DEEPLY red and i'm not happy.  This company really screwed the pooch by missing the elections run.  Sucks man, it really does..
