dw, most sales people at stores like Walmart, Target, etc are minimum wage people that need a job but don't like what they are doing and don't want to be there. So they receive minimal training and lack the technical interest in the products offered at their store. Difference with Eddie was he was knowledgeable about the future of television and knew what currently is available as well as what's coming. He is an interested tech guy that liked what he was doing. It was a pleasure to talk to him as the others I talked to are mostly clueless at this point.
