3M shrs makes no sense "IF" they still need funds for
New Content. They surely would have done another
10M minimum IF they still needed funds for New Content.
3M shares implies they are winding down the dilution
and IMPLIES what I've been speculating all along
they have the NEW CONTENT ready to release in the
last two weeks of this year after DF return DEC 16.
But with NTEK ya never know til ya see it for real.
