It does suck lol. I started out on the floor humping it getting dirty, working my azz off . Got a job in r&d now though. Still operate a line but it is a lot cleaner and more layed back. Working on some cool stuff with carbon fiber and experimental resins. I have 7 bosses though and 5 of them are doctors so Of course they show up for 10 minutes a day and try and tell me how to run my line that I run just fine without them 50 hours a week lol.
