You see, here is something that I would find misleading. It has been discussed at length, so there is no need to go into it. I have contributed to these studies as a part of my work and I know what they are for, and what they are not for. They are internal documents intended to analyze an investment and look at the profitability, not for external use or for pumping up a stock price. Potentially for a PIPE, I could see that. To release it, even in advertently, is releasing information that is confidential for both parties. There is so much wrong with the document that I question it's authenticity. Even for use in the PIPE.

The best example that comes to mind is that if this was used in the PIPE, the technology under study was well along. Far past an Order-of-Magnitude stage. An estimate of that type is accurate +50/-40%. P2O has been around for 3 years and extensively tested. It should be +-20% or something, if not better. Doesn't add up.

Besides that, the company has not released it, verified it as genuine, and confirmed the numbers. We don't know if SAIC wrote it or if it is real. Despite their PR on the matter.

Just an example of what I consider misleading. Much of the business case for JBI consists of this stuff.
