The volume and break-outs have been mixed. First two had pull backs, last one a bit of a coil and Kaboom to the all-time high and Key Resistance.

Now, usually I would favour more sideways testing and battling around a key resistance line like $1.50, but notice that we already had a coil below it and this break-out is from that coil on high volume.

So my hunch here is we are just seeing the first part of Wave 3 and the higher targets will be hit.

CTIX is getting noticed more, new investors, increasing board reads (40K and #9 on iHub and , 4.5k and #5 here) Allan Harris, Cox coming up, possible PR, very strong chart ... =  lot's of buying pressure.
