Open - December 12.
The indecisive seller put his 5M up at .0016 again a few minutes after the open.
One he is eventually bought out by new interest / people adding, $INCC should be very thin to the upside - perhaps around 2M>4M per .0001 as longs aren't going to sell down here.
1 x MM already bought out at .0016 - just 8.7M retail from NITE left.
Then still only 2 x other MM under .0033.
