Long-term shareholders will remember all of the so-called middlemen who tried to "help" this start-up company. Other than Islechem, LLC and various respectable members of the community surrounding the founder, most of these middlemen were rascals and scoundrels.
Vulture capital, thieves, you name it.
In spite of the founder's settlement with the SEC, where guilt was neither admitted nor determined over those "media credits", the entire affair has nothing to do with the robust technology he developed. That technology has been validated by multiple third parties, including Conestoga Rovers and Associated (CRA) and SAIC.
The clean fuel produced has been tested by the likes of US Steel, to whom they sold fuel at one time.
Perhaps not everyone got the memo: Heddle is not interested in running the machines at NF with all the overhead that entails, he is actively negotiating sales of machines.
