Couple the previous post with part of what I received from Mike today...
I believe we are getting close from my conversations with James, but he has never told me a firm date.
I wish I also had answers to the 3 questions but, again I don’t. All I can say is that he is building up to a big launch and until then, he keeps me semi in the dark! Sorry for not really being much help for you.

Sounds like it's all going to hit at the same time. I think bigger things (read institutional investors) are at play here and this could move towards NASDAQ pretty quickly. All IMHO, of course.
