We know they currently need an increase in AS to meet obligations, w/some left over. We also have access to the $9,75M loan.
If contract(s) are in the pipeline; then they should have funds going forward.
The extra AS and $9.75M should be more than enough to fund for another yr w/o contract(s), imo
We could revisit the other issues later; if QMC can show reasonable cause.
The takeover fear is already blocked under Nevada Inc., w/o the need for preferred. In fact preferred aren't allowed there.
.....how stocks has Ted been wiped on from Preferreds?
