I can see the value in that specific application
Is there an application whereas NNLX would impact in a high profile situation, i.e. Ebola outbreak, Zika (which will be with us in the southern states for good now) etc.
We have all seen news accounts where people are suspected of having some contagion and they will report it will be 48hrs to a week before it is confirmed.
I cannot imagine the positive impact NNLX would have establishing a negative or positive indication whom a few hours.
What am I missing here.
