There are 2 or 3 forces working on the PPS today and none of this will stop until the bpd moves up to 200. That's just a fact we'll have to live with until the end of of Q1. It's going to be a bumpy, rocky, volatile road. We are by no means out of the woods, but we can see light.

TECO stock turning like it did yesterday is the best we could hope for right now. As the the barrels increase to 200 the stock should rise to 5 and beyond. Any surprises will be gravy or icing.
