My only point is to give them time. I deal with legal documents and contracts daily. It takes weeks or months to come to agreement and develop solutions. How about we give them a couple weeks or the beginning of the new year to devise a new strategy and present it to us. I actually hope they are concentrating on negotiating a supply contract right now and not jumping through hoops to resolve a draft proxy that is month from coming up for vote.

I understand your concern, but having a complaint is fine but not necessarily productive. Do you have a proposed solution for management to consider?
