I called Ameritrade - they still have ijjp on their chill list making it a no go. tThey told me to call back during trading hours so they can talk with the market makers who have the current info needed to check/change status.
Plenty of peeps using this broker may be able to tip the scale on these shorts IMO

Also asked about Scottrade == Ameritrade buyout, they said nothing really happening until 2018 when the the systems merge / link
