Provide real guidance with respect to content but most importantly dilution. The dilution is what's killed us and will continue to do so until it stops. We can blame nefarious forces all we want but when you combine dilution with continued uncertainty this is what we get. The company has it within its power to mitigate a lot of this and yet they don't. That's what's irritating.
