TECO is moving on a lot of fronts.  Now that they have figured out that it's more efficient to contract out the drilling / re-work portion of their business, many of those fronts will payoff a lot sooner than if they attempted to continue to do it themselves.  If you think it's difficult to keep track of all the moving parts now, wait a year.
