Unfortunately this was a no bid stock before the SEC investigation so i don't think it will matter what the decision is . As for how long ,your guess is as good as anyone else ,could still be years or tomorrow. Not even sure of the charges except for what Joel has said , and after these last few years pretty much cant believe what he says will happen or is happening .
