When dropping the corporate tax rate, he should be asking BP to drop their drug price. Seems he's asking them to not increase their profits that way. Drop the corporate tax rate, streamline the approval process, improve the trade deals around the world and the profits will be there and more likely increased along with their ability to reduce the cost of the drug while increasing their ability to sell our superior products around the world.
