I desire "Fair Representation" for all
I shall continue to speak out on what I think is unfair to shareholders.
As for the 1,000,000 preferred shares they are to be issued before the "NEW ARTICLE of INCORPORATION is filed in Delaware. Since the state of Nevada business Laws do not allow them....Then just who do you think ends up with them. Certainly not you or me, we have no chance. There is no allowed direct benefit to common shareholders like us.
