Did not miss the 20:1 R/S. I saw "a maximum of 20 shares of existing Common Stock will be combined into one new share of Common Stock." and immediately recognized it as a typographical error.
Immediately above that statement is:
"reverse split ratio that is not more than one-for- 25 ."
And immediately below:
"the ratio for the reverse split is one-for-25 ."
The 1 for 25 ratio is also stated in several other places in the document.
They hurriedly revised the preliminary 14A over the weekend to make shareholders happy, and in their hurry they made a typo in the still preliminary document. The sky is not falling.
