because they can .. and resetting the 52 week low is a strategy that is always in play by NON RETAIL
it's also done to demoralize retail so the next round UP (cycle of money)
.. some retail trades vs holding CTIX .. because how many times has any LT investor
watched the same pattern in play .. this ensures CEs that there is some legit liquidity
coming from retail .. vs just the crooks' controlling OTC MMs' active in CTIX
and their bogus but abusive kind of *liquidity*
i'll try to post out on my NSS board on ihub every trade done today on CTIX
(at the COM/close of market) and port the link over here
hopefully all take a good look at the quality of *trades* done for today's *volume*
