The way I interpret this is the stock is currently overvalued based on the 109k reported in revenue. As revenue increases, triggers will be instated to buy back shares as the new revenues reach a point which makes TPAC undervalued.
Muse has mentioned multiple times that TPAC is currently overvalued. yeah, I didn't like it either.
