innocent victim of food allergies, with many added flavor

inhancers and food additives!!! There are most likely

many consumers that turn to pharmaceutical medicines

to deal with the symptomatic reactions to these foods!!

Another way of saying we are being poisoned by many

of the packaged foods we purchase at the supermarket!

I agree, that home cooking is the most effective way to

monitor the quality of you food intake.

What was that old saying?  You are what you eat!!!
