I have been getting individuals providing their sentiment.
By in large, I would say most are in support of a R/S with an associated adjustment of A/S.
The following is my opinion on sentiment.
There's still some concern on current structure of the adjustment of the A/S in the latest proxy; but it's more of a concern relative to the ratio of the R/S and remaining outstanding shares compared to the 100 million A/S. This concern is expected to subside if we get news prior to the proxy vote since the share price should rise and the required R/S ratio should decrease to below 10:1 which reduces dilution potential to 1.5 (150%) or less.
