I see i almost made you speechless on $PVCT.
Most of my plays when first posted have a lousy chart.
Most of my picks are based on philosophy & psychology.
Not technicals, with a great track record.
This is not a recommendation to buy.
Put it on very close watch, For the turning point.
I feel the complacency and incompetence has and is already being
