The short position in NTGL is huge imho. Remember the float is small and when the divi shares are distributed the brokerage firms that are short have a fiduciary responsibility to buy them. Will they? That is a question I cannot answer but their losses will multiply if the company does well and they have not covered. Hope this helps. Go NTGL!!!
