I think Winston is right. It will have to be followed by a significant company event to continue real upward momentum as opposed to artificial bump to make a profit on cheap shares bought and then short it back down again.

Seen this too many times and I'm a bit of a skeptic when I see things like this start to build in an OTC pink JMHO
