Allbets, do you know if this "arrangement" is the same as a "agreement or contract"? When I called the other day and asked if the LOI with TNC was finalized, I got a quick "no comment". When I asked why he couldn't comment on the LA LOI, he came back with it will be done in 1st quarter.
