If you read my post #3895, you'll see that I make the case that a R/S isn't a bad thing in itself. What needs to happen is the authorized shares needs to decrease at the same time as a R/S.
This in my opinion was the only part of the proxy that I disagree. They will have my vote on all items if they change the R/S vote so that authorized shares are reduced by the same ratio.
A R/S after a commercial contract is announced can be a good thing to get us to the NASDAQ quickly where institutional investors and many other solid investors trade the market. I think that we will easily hit $1 on the OTC on sales announcement, but the sulking trading schemes of OTC market makers and day traders could hinder continued growth.
