I'd hire the farm kid too.
In my family both sides my
generation was the first to
be born and raised in town.
The work on my grandfathers' farms
scared the shit out of me.
I played sports hard though:
Indiana state champ boy's club basketball.
One day with a hoe in hand in a 10-acre-field with my
good Grandpa Sam he starting singing. Holy shit man !!
And grandma Ella could bend over arms resting
on her knees in a strawberry field for hours.
Picking, working.
