Whomever was counting shares for the board; I now have 1mm.  As I've said "actions speak louder than words" so I must believe in TECO.  I just don't like bullchit and promises without backing the numbers.  Maybe because I'm a mechanical engineer.  I'm would never go to my manager and give him certain facts before I do the testing and write up my analysis.
