Don't see a stampede but there are valid concerns , as generally mapped-out by Jamis & others , that are fully legitimate questions & issues still in need of resolution & I don't see a frank-open level-headed discussion on the subject as panic...we're all big boys here
I suspect the RedMeat PR earlier in the week might-well have been intended to get everybody to feel all warm & fuzzy, in anticipation to dropping that lead balloon on Friday. That may have muted dissent to a point but that's still a hard coconut to swallow as it is currently written. Either way, I suspect that mngmt will need to revise some of the most contentious details & convincingly make their case prior to the proxy vote if they expect this to fly. Next chapter........
