Good healthy frank dialog going on here. They made note of there being a institutional investor involved already in their last PR & since there were no upper limits attached to the buy-in price for their acquisition of shares, I'd just as soon see them buy from the open market. No dilution necessary that way & would also drive the price up...2 birds with one stone............no ?
I've also wondered about transactions I've seen in other stocks where they do an R/S, immediately followed by a Forward Split....wth is that all about , why bother ?
