Nevada SOS still has the officers listed.  I posted this on LieHub FWIW (in response to SOD).  I don't know if anyone left, but officers still show, and being sole director wouldn't necessarily change that.

OOPS, WRONG AGAIN!!! Nevada SOS and the real statement from the Q is what matters. Can't massage the info into a new statement, that's not how it works.

I must have missed the part in the Q where it says Jeff Reid is a one man show? Where exactly was that?
"The person responsible for the Company’s investor relations is the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and sole director, Jeffrey D. Reid."

So I'll guess I'll choose to go with what's on file. THANKS!

(BTW, even if it was a one man show... it doesn't matter!)
