Do we have 400 BPD yet or a guess at it? I'm not whining; just stating the facts.  I think we are currently at 40 BPD with TECO posting all kinds of these same type PR's throughout 2012.  The PR I want to read is "we are currently pumping 400 BPD"! Period! The rest is bullchit wording.
