Good news...& bad news...
*good news is uplisting from [Pinky-haven] Nevada to Delaware corporate registry [where the BigBoys play]
*bad news is A/S up'd from 400M to 600M +1M preferred (far cry from my original 60M buy-in]
*other bad news on the table...authorization to R/S [there's that dirty word]
Can't say as this comes as any big surprise, but can't say as I like it either
There better be some damn-good news that comes with any R/S...or we are so-screwed.
