Share Structure Update:
So from Nov 21st until Nov 30th the O/S grew from 3,655,216,110 to 5,314,683,102 (4,802,039,061 Float).
The TA is not gagged but refers currently for the most accurate SS to Luke C. Zouvas, Esq.(see e-mail below). According to Zouvas the A/S will be reduced from 54B to ~10B.

IMO the dilution apparently might simply be due to eliminating remaining convertible debt and not to raise operating capital or for acquisitions according to the CEO (recent PR).
