No animosity, simply a recognition of a stunt that did nothing to prevent the loss of 1,200 other IN based Carrier jobs.
Taxpayer funded subsidies to lure companies to a State, or to keep jobs from leaving, are not a sustainable policy.
I can see a deal that lowers the statutory corp. tax rates but leaves personal tax rates as they are. That is the ONLY way that can prevent growing budget deficits.
Increased revenue from companies paying taxes, rather than sheltering income from taxation, will also help to pay for an infrastructure program that will actually help corporations
and private citizens alike.
No more GOP 'cut taxes and spend' bullshit, please. We all saw that movie.
