I highly doubt there are many Ptoi investors who are really shocked. I mean the CFO can't even get a quarterly out without filing late. And even then he needs to amend multiple times. Can anyone even imagine a sale getting done on time. Hell, this company is virtually dormant and he still needs to file with extension and amend after that.

Maybe he was too busy painting the trim...
